Hocking Associates is an independent firm of chartered surveyors, RICS Registered Valuers and property consultants based in Falmouth, Cornwall.

It provides residential building surveys, home condition reports, valuation reports and expert witness services.

Additional services include schedules of condition and dilapidations, snagging lists, defect reports, and probate, tax, insurance and lending valuations. The practice works across most of Cornwall for private individuals, companies, solicitors, banks, trusts and charitable organisations. It was established in 1987.
